A Transfer Certificate is issued when a student leaves the school after settlement of dues and verification of records. JPS follows CBSE and board guidelines for format, signatures, and retention of duplicates.
- Submit written requestParent / guardian applies on the prescribed form available at the school office. Mention last attended class and reason for withdrawal.
- Clear accounts & libraryFee clearance, book returns, ID / sports kit as applicable. Obtain no-dues from concerned departments.
- Verification & approvalOffice verifies attendance and conduct entries; principal approval as per policy.
- Issue of TCTC handed to parent with instructions for admission to the next school. Duplicate issuance follows CBSE rules only.
